The family who runs the hotel is genuinely welcoming; they prepared delicious breakfast each morning, often changing the menu, which was a treat! The room was decent, featuring a comfy bed and a hot shower—two essentials for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected while exploring the surrounding nature. Located a bit outside of Ella town, the hotel offers a peaceful environment but is still easily reachable by taxi or tuk-tuk. The laundry services were affordable too. The Arcadia provides a homey atmosphere at a reasonable price, making it a wise choice for travelers seeking a blend of comfort and value in Sri Lanka.
